Blairmount Public School was established in 1983 and is located on the western side of Campbelltown. It features modern, spacious classrooms and extensive grounds. It has a strong culture of being proudly public and a vital part of the wider community.
We encourage participation and involvement with an emphasis on equity for all students. High expectations underpin teaching and learning with a focus in all programs on achievement in literacy and numeracy. Highly successful student welfare practices promote in students a sense of well-being, happiness, responsibility and pride in self and the school. Every classroom is well resourced with current technology which is integrated into all learning areas.
The school enjoys a high profile within the wider community through sport and the arts which is an important part of the school culture.
In recent years the school has been the recipient of a number of awards including a Director General's School Achievement Award for Quality Teaching and Learning, Regional Director's Award for Excellence in Student Welfare and an NAB Schools First Award for Outstanding School and Community Partnerships.
